What is Extended DISC®?

Extended DISC® is one of the world’s fastest growing assessment systems and an increasingly popular alternative to the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator which was developed in 1942. It’s used worldwide by well-known multinationals who like its accuracy and its comparator element.  In fact, this is Extended DISC’s added advantage – it measures not just who you are naturally, but also compares to how you’re adapting yourself in your present work environment.
